Most Voters Can Cast Ballots In Second Primary

Who can vote in the second primary?
Most people who are registered to vote - although unaffiliated voters who voted in the first primary must vote in the same primary the second time. If they voted as Unaffiliated, there is no ballot for them on June 22.
Republicans must vote in the Republican second primary, Democrats in the Democratic second primary.
Two candidates for the Republican Party’s second nomination for a candidate for the Davie County Board of Commissioners - Wayne Webb and Robert Wisecarver - will be on the ballot. Webb won the first time around, but did not get enough votes to avoid the second primary with Wisecarver.
Carl Humphrey won the race in May, and will be on the November ballot.
Democrats will choose between Cal Cunningham and Elaine Marshall for the chance to face Republican Richard Burr for the US Senate in November.
