Baptist Wins Round 1 Of Novant Lawsuit

By Beth Cassidy - North Carolina Baptist Hospital received a preliminary injunction against Novant Health and Forsyth Memorial Hospital after filing a civil lawsuit in Davie Superior Court April 18.

Novant did not file another application.
Based on the court documents, NCBH contends the newest CON is ... subscribe to the Davie County Enterprise Record, P.O. Box 99, Mocksville, N.C. 27028.
